Sushi by Scratch Winemaker Dinner

Last year, Healdsburg welcomed an exciting new addition to our town square: Sushi by Scratch, an esteemed restaurant group based in Seattle with highly coveted Omakase tables in Seattle, Los Angeles, Montecito, and Miami. Our little Russian River town is their latest outpost, and it’s a pop-up inside Dustin Vallette’s celebrated restaurant, The Matheson.

We were incredibly flattered when they asked us to host the first-ever wine dinner at Sushi by Scratch, Healdsburg. The thought of pairing LIOCO wines with these vibrant, perfectly executed bites from the sea is thrilling.

This special evening is limited to just 30 people (3 seatings x 10 guests per seating). There will be a 4pm, 6:15, and 8pm seating. LIOCO Wine Club Members will get first dibs. Please email us to reserve your booking at maegan@liocowine.com.
