*Membership Privileges Require a One Year Club Commitment. *Bottle & Shipment Pricing Does Not Include State Tax. *Average Bottle Cost May Vary Slightly by Shipment. Canceling your membership prior to a one-year commitment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
